You may schedule an appointment for any time of your choice, however,  our normal business ours are Mon-Friday 9:30 to 6:00 p.m. If you want to shoot a video before or after those hours or on the weekend, no problem! Simply call to confirm your appointment if you have not receive an email confirmation. We will be happy to come in on our off hours to accommodate.

These are not streaming video files so your loved ones don't have to worry about not being able too view them. There is nothing for them to download. It's just like your emailing them, but there is a picture inside with a link to view your videos in a website that opens and starts playing!
