Refunds:
If we do not deliver the number of mailers or emails sent within the campaign duration, you may claim a refund. Upon verification of your claim, we will provide a refund of for your undelivered services based on your service price less cost of credit card processing, if applicable. Email campaigns that have been paused or split are not eligible for refunds.
Returns: We offer return policy for premium products having expired prior to their delivery date. All other services are not tangible and we offer no return policies for such services.
